Mahalo and Welcome to Okashi Fusion!

 “Okashi” meaning sweet treats in Japanese and “Fusion” in the sense of bringing together. In our shop, we have brought the top ‘ono grinds from our families to share with yours.

We opened in July of 2016 in the Nut Tree Plaza of Vacaville, CA. Driven by a love of good food and the desire to share with the community, we specialize in fully customizable  poke bowl options, carefully crafted artisan desserts, and refreshing specialty teas and smoothies.
